Resources are very limited in Bhutan.  A typical classroom has a chalk board, chalk, (we erase the board with paper,) desks with large holes on the surface, and chairs that don't always have four legs. If you would like to send donations, hundreds of students would benefit greatly. The following are items ZLSS would benefit from:

 

Basic materials: pencils, erasers, sharpeners, or mechanical pencils and lead, staplers, staples, colored pencils, crayons, markers, permenant markers, glue sticks, etc.

Mini white boards with dry erase markers

Art supplies: colored paper, paints, clay, glitter, glue, scissors... anything and everything.

Any type of differentiated learning materials and manipulatives (we have nothing.)

Frisbees

Basket balls (Bhutanese love basketball, but balls are hard to come by here) and air pump.

Games

Books; picture books, young adult chapter books, any type of books.

Bookmarks

Granola or energy bars

Stickers

Pins
